It was first used in episode 2 by Zi-O to defeat Another Build. It was first used by Geiz in episode 5 to fight Another Fourze.
When used by Zi-O its visor spells out Build (ビルド) in Katakana. When Geiz uses it, it spells out Build (びるど) in Hiragana.

Zi-O BuildArmor has silver armor covering his arms, upper limbs, chest, stomach, legs and feet. His right thigh armor is blue with the other being red. His chest is split between red and blue and his shoulders are based of Fullbottles. His helmet has the same split pattern and his antennas has clear blue and red material that mimics Build RabbitTank's eyes. The visor spells out Build in katakana (ビルド)
Geiz BuildArmor has black armor covering his body and different eyes compared to Zi-O's. The visor spells out Build in hiragana (びるど).
Abilities
BuildArmor is able to drill enemies with its right arm. It is able to channel the powers of RabbiTank Form. It is able to permanently destroy Another Build and its Ridewatch.

History
Sougo used the Build Ridewatch given to him by future Sento to help his 2017 self defeat Another Build. While using BuildArmor, the original Build and Cross-Z loses their powers and witness Sougo end the monster with a Vortex Time Break, though Banjo remarks that the finisher seems wrong.
In episode 3 Zi-O uses BuildArmor to fight alongside Geiz to battle Another Ex-Aid.
In episode 4, continuing from the previous episode, Emu Hojo arrives and transforms into Kamen Rider Ex-Aid to attack Zi-O and Geiz,.
In episode 5, Zi-O accidentally drops the Build Ridewatch, Geiz then takes it and equips BuildArmor to fight Another Fourze. Geiz returned the Ridewatch to Sougo after the battle.
In episode 8, Zi-O uses BuildArmor to temporarily defeat Another Wizard, which made Kosuke Nitoh briefly regain his memories as Kamen Rider Beast.
In episode 9, Sougo uses BuildArmor to defeat Geiz.
