Rider Armors (ライダーアーマー Raidā Āmā) are forms based on Kamen Riders accessed through Ridewatches.
Rider Armors are formed by inserting a Ridewatch on the left side of the Ziku- Driver and spinning it once. It will then announce the right hand Ridewatch before announcing the left Ridewatch and sub-sequentially summoning the Rider Armor that forms around the Kamen Rider.
The Rider Armors sometimes do the Rider's signature pose when summoned, and it can follow the Kamen Rider and form around them even while they're moving frantically, such as while they're fighting.
Rider Armors are summoned next or around the Kamen Rider and sometimes have holographic platforms that are based on the past Rider's gimmick item; such as a Fullbottle, Gashat or Shift Tire. They also lack the text in their visors until the transformation is complete.
The basic design principal of a Rider Armor is a faceplate, arm and wrist armor, thigh and leg armor, chest plate that goes to the side of the stomach and shoulders based on the Riders' transformation item. However some Rider Armors break this rule in terms of design and how the armor forms, such as WizardArmor, GaimArmor and WArmor.
The DecadeArmor creates an entirely different suit and headpiece based on a Rider Card.
When the DecadeArmor is enhanced with one of the Rider Armor's Ridewatches, it creates the Final Form Armor, which Kamen Rider Zi- O can use the power of a Riders' upgrade or super forms.
FinalForm Armor reuses the past Riders' upgrade or super forms' lower body suit while changing the text on the DecadeArmor chest piece, keeping the middle band and changing the helmet's picture. Due to the lack of Ridewatch Holders during this state, it is unknown where Sougo stores his other Ridewatches.
Every Ridewatch based on a previous Kamen Rider has a Rider Armor, but only the main Rider of the previous series are used in the show. Some of the Phase 1 Rider Armors are yet to be used in the show, but their designs are used for various other things such as toy packaging and action figures.
